Repurposing underutilized spaces in great neighborhoods has been a theme for all of our projects. Opened in 2005, evo*, once a warehouse home to a food-services business on the edge of Fremont, is now an anchor to the ski, snowboard and action sports lifestyle community in Seattle. evo is a prime example of taking a space with potential for a spectrum of uses and breathing fresh life into what was once a non-descript tilt up concrete warehouse building. evo is an art gallery, music and movie venue, offices, and retail store all wrapped up into one.
