Kristin grew up in Connecticut and after a stint in New York City, she made her way to Seattle, where she's been rooted ever since. She earned her BA in Urban Geography from the University of Washington, a degree that laid the foundation for a career deeply connected to the built environment and the communities within it.

Kristin began her real estate career in the non-profit sector, developing service-enriched affordable housing communities. That work instilled in her a people-first approach she carries to this day. She transitioned into property management and found her stride in the dual challenge of stewarding assets while cultivating genuine relationships with tenants and building owners alike. She joined eP in 2022 and brings more than 25 years of experience managing residential and commercial properties for Seattle-area investors.

Outside of work, Kristin calls Phinney Ridge home. She spends her free time gardening, cycling, hiking, catching live music, and getting out on the water whenever the Pacific Northwest cooperates.
