A long time in the making, The Belltown Collective is on of our renovations in the heart of one of Seattle’s most historic, unique and passionate downtown neighborhoods.

Our goal from the start was to create a creative space where community could thrive alongside full-time residents. This interaction is key to increasing the positive daytime activity and energy in the already vibrant neighborhood. By maintaining the bones of a 1908 building, we’ve assured that the historic character will be a backdrop to the incoming client’s own creative energy.
